Negatives: room was accessed from the outside. It was super noisy all night. You could hear loud trains and people walking outside the room. Bath tub was slow to drain following shower. Positives: recent update to room, conveniently located off i65; and free breakfast.

The room we stayed in was filthy and not even clean enough for us to shower. The breakfast provided was pathetic and we didn't even have anything to eat from there. I can't believe how bad the conditions were for going up the stairs. The pictures online show a completely different picture. I have stayed in La Quinta prior this was by far the worst one ever and it was just a pit stop for travels. It was so dirty and not swept. Found blood on the door way in the bathroom and refused to bring anything inside besides the toothbrush. Completely disgusted.

This property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and in everything was in good repair. The staff was consistently friendly, even the young man who said I reminded him of Bea Arthur. I usually get Jamie Lee Curtis.. The breakfast was above average for the standard fare and the offerings were fresh. I highly recommend this as a overnight stop or for a longer stay to tour Nashville.

The staff was polite and very helpful. It is an easy uber drive into the city. There is a Waffle House right next door that was great. However, we had several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, it was very clear our shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dirt in the drain and on the shelves. We found nuggets of weed in the carpet in the middle of the room. When we requested the room to be cleaned they came very quickly and did it well, so that was nice. The tv volume doesn’t go below 20 for some reason, which is still super loud so we didn’t watch tv the entire time. The most important thing to note is that there is train tracks right outside that run all night very, very loudly.

At first site not the LaQuita Inns I was used to as you entered rooms from outside door like a motel not a hotel. However rooms and bathrooms were updated. Suited my stay for a few hours in Nashville. Again just not what I was accustomed to with LaQuinta Inns.

Room was renovated but the beds were hard. We had a room at the back that was against the freeway. SUPER noisy. Breakfast was very minimal. Most in this chain are decent but tbh this was pathetic.

Do not stay here unless you are so broke it's all you can afford. It was filthy, musty, stained everywhere, just a disgrace. We asked for a different room and it wasn't any better. Since I went through a 3rd party (Expedia) the front desk wasn't able to give me a refund. When I contacted Expedia it wasn't even noted that I didn't stay that night so now Expedia has to get verification from the manager. Mind you I asked the front desk to speak with the manager. He wasn't there. She proceeded to tell me it would not do any good to talk to him because he can't do anything about the refund. Well now Expedia is telling me he DOES have to approve the refund. Avoid at all costs

The bathroom was not clean and the bedside lamps weren’t working. Upon further investigation, we realized they were only unplugged, but plugging them up revealed the dead bugs on the floor behind the nightstand. I will not be back.

I dont know about the internet. However the staff is rude. We checked in and didnt have a full roll of toilet paper. My sister went in the morning too ask for one and immediately got attitude was told 1 roll per customer. My son was sick. Not too mention 3 of us with 1 not full roll. Then we went down for breakfast and it was put away long befor 9. And i got attitude for asking. Told she was only one worker and did all the jobs. Then i went too check in for another noght and got charged another 50 dollar hold fee tho i had not checked out. I told her i was told i would only have to pay once that was what i was told. Then they called me a week befor my stay asking if i would give up my handicaped room. Was told that was my choice and could have said no. My sister has handicap and thats why i got it. But decided to be nice. They made me feel terri le. Do not stay here
