「It was a great stay. Everyone was very helpful」

「Our room had a beautiful view of the creek and was close and convenient to everything!」

「All good」

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「All was great until it came to eating dinner. The one bar was exceptionally small with ten seats and 30 people in line. There were few seats inside at the restaurant but plenty outside. We chose an outside seat and were shooed off. Though we had a reservation, it was not for outside. How were we to know?! We finally sat down with plates from the buffet on the floor. We are both 76 years old. No one seemed to notice. Unfortunately, we were told we came on cruise night. This meant many more people...

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「Awesome experience! My wife and I stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary and now plan to go back every year. Everything was perfect, in true Dolly fashion!」

「It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.」

「always a great stay at Margaritaville」
