If you don’t have much to compare it to, it’s just okay. I’ve been to the location in Wisconsin dozens of times and was excited to drive the extra 5 hours thinking they’d be similar…. Not even close. The room at the Smokies was not clean, there was chips on the floor when we first checked in, dirty bathroom floor, hair in the shower and it was so noisy. The shower faucet never shuts off, just runs all night and day. The bathroom light/vent makes a crazy squealing noise. The room itself… never again. If I wasn’t so far from home we would have left. The waterpark is SO UNDERWHELMING. But just as expensive and the dells location that has 3 indoor and 3 outdoor water parks. Crazy. Also tons of weave, hair, just filth floating in the water, on the stairs to the slides. Also, no hours and can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone for dining information. No hours posted anywhere. The only positive thing about this location is the front desk workers are very nice and the shuttle drivers are constantly giving you park/arcade information. You also get spammed for timeshare signup AT CHECK IN just to get a map of the facility. Come on. Won’t be back.

What I didn’t like about the property was the excessive noise and the thin floors. I wasn’t able to get any sleep and ended up checking out of my room early due to the constant noise from the guests above me and next door.

My family of six had a great Spring Break at the Stone Hill Lodge. The shuttle was super fast and available within a few minutes every time we needed it. My kids (4-10) had a blast between the water park and arcade. The surrounding area is beautiful. We were able to spend time at the National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge all within a short drive. Great property!

Room renovations were nice. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and never had to wait long for the shuttle. An altercation upon trying to board the shuttle could have been avoided if there was a queue line . 🤔

Our bracelets didnt work after checking in. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk. Housekeeping knocked on our door TWICE, once at MIDNIGHT, with more towels we didnt ask for. She woke us up. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was Luke warm at best.

Starting with the positives, check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was great. We love all of the amenities and the ease of the wristbands. Our first day we checked in, drooped off our belongings and went off to explore. Lori at camp social was amazing. She was very helpful. When we got back we noticed a smell in the room and realized the sink was backed up with nasty water. We were able to drain the sink and go on about our evening so we left it alone. I was very disappointed in the size of the bathroom. It was near impossible to change clothes in there. If you need privacy for your party, this is not the room for you. The beds are hard as a rock and pillows are not much better. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and blanket if you need and extra because the one they will bring feels like sandpaper. We enjoyed the arcade and waterpark, but the bartender in the waterdome completely ignored us on multiple occasions. For the price, we may explore other options for our next visit.

While it was a great property, despite multiple requests to have connecting rooms, the response was “we are sold out.” While that may be true, the request was to connect not add a room. The connector to both rooms was empty until after we checked in so we could have had the connecting rooms. Instead we had the unfortunate baby crying, microwaving at all hours and loud conversations throughout the night. It was not at all a relaxing trip like we hoped. Likely won’t stay here again because it doesn’t seem like they are as customer focused as I would have liked.

I enjoyed all of the attractions and there wasn’t a long wait for anything. Over all the service was great but while at the water park there were a few staff who had gotten attitudes, but I understand it is hot and muggy in the indoor water park. Over all we had a great stay

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. It was dripping down on us as we were in the bathroom and showering. Called maintenance they never showed.

The staff every where on the resort was so nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and the water park kept my kids entertained all day. The only issue I had was it took the whole day for them to fix my toilet in the room but other than that, we had a good experience.
