「Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. 」

「I emailed them on nov 9 the following message and to date have not heard anything: I had my stay mixed up I was thinking Sundaywas the 10th and didn’t realize it until Igot to the next hotel. I checked out a day early! Is there anyway to get a refund on the night I didn’t stay. The guy at the hotel who checked us out did not say anything about helping out early or I might have caught the mistake. I am now paying for an extra night at the next hotel. Thank you for your help!」
