Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.

There were beds sitting out in the hallway when you exit the elevator, not very welcoming. The balcony from your room was misleading, this is more of a motel, every room had a balcony…. 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. $20 to park.

This was a horrible experience! When we entered the room it immediately felt dirty. The room had a strong musty smell and an overall unclean feeling that stuck to you. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bathtub as if the room had not been properly cleaned at all. A fresh roll of toilet paper had not even been placed on the holder and there were pieces scattered on the floor around the toilet. We immediately reported this to the front desk. They did offer to move us to another room, but by that point we were already looking for other hotels. The staff did not seem apologetic and refused to refund both nights of our stay. After continuing to press the issue, they told us to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia then contacted the hotel, and the hotel refused the refund request. I would strongly encourage potential guests to look elsewhere. The property advertises clean, upgraded rooms that look nothing like the room we were given.

The property was about what I expect for a last minute booking. The staff was fine, the property was fine and the amenities were fine. What wasn't great was the hair on the beds when we arrived that clearly did not belong to us and the pee smell in the carpet, no doubt from someone's dog who stayed there before since it is a pet friendly hotel. Fortunately I didn't spendmuch time in the room since I was only in town because my son was in the hospital. I would've loved for the room to be cleaner.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was great!! I liked the location because it was an easy walk to Broadway. They're also in the process of renovating the rooms. We will definitely come back here!!

Very outdated furniture and carpeting We did not feel that it was clean because it was so old Bathroom caulking was poorly administered Did not receive extra cups even after we used them Poor towel quality I believe there are much nicer hotels in Nashville for a similar price and it wasn’t cheap Language barrier made it trying to understand front desk staff Will never stay there again or any other Comfort Inn because of our unhappy stay

There was construction on nearby rooms during all hours of the night. Hammering and drilling ALL NIGHT. I had a do not disturb sign on my door, a worker came upstairs and made me come out of my room to move my car because he left his power cord laying across the lot.

Is not a resort or a place to stay if you will just be in the room- but if you are passing through or on a business trip, it's excellent value for the money. The hotel is old but it was recently renovated, so everything was in good working condition and very clean. The staff is attentive, our sheets were changed and parking is free. Will use it again for other business trips for sure.
