I liked the location and since it was my first time to Nashville, I wanted to stay here because some of the legendary musicians had stayed there. The manager was really nice. I did not like the room, I was expecting it to be a very updated and clean room.

The motel was perfect for what we were looking for. It had a jacuzzi in the room..that was most important to us. The rooms were good.. only complaint I had was refrigerator didn't work..staff was friendly and it's very close to downtown..

Cute, Cozy, and Comfortable

The staff was amazing, my room very cute and cozy, comfy bed, quiet and peaceful despite being right in Nashville. Conveniently close to everything and a great rate, 10/10!
Broadway with so much to do, (GoodNight Nashville is JellyRoll's bar) is less than a ten minute drive, under 4 miles.

There were cockroaches and the place was filthy. They messed up the reservation and only charged me for one night. I told this upon them in check-in and they said they would fix it. They never fixed it and after 1 night, they told me I needed to check out even though it was their mistake. They gave me an opportunity to pay for another night but I went

The lady on reception was incredible!!!! So friendly, helpful and accommodating, she even used her personal uber account to order us a taxi when mine wouldn’t work….her English accent was great too!!! We’ll definitely come back!

Staff and service was wonderful. Older building but charming and close to downtown Nash. The immediate neighborhood isn't too good, but that's not what I was there for -- as I said it's close to everything downtown and THAT is what I was there for. :) I'd stay at the Drake again for sure.

We were in a renovated king room. It was ok, still showed the age of the hotel but was clean enough. The staff we encountered at check in was very kind. The staff after that was rigid an unhelpful. Traffic is very loud along the main street (not the fault of the hotel, but something to note in any case). Go into this with the understanding that you get what you pay for!

We booked a non smoking room, but when we arrived they told us that they don't have any non smoking rooms left. They wanted to put us in a smoking room,, but we couldn't stand the smell there. Therefore we decided to not stay here and look for another accomodation. The staff was very nice though and apologized for the mix-up.

The place is a literal dump. The staff is nice. Uber doesn’t want to pick you up here. They overcharged me $10. It was supposed to be $106. Then they said there is a $3 charge for paying with a credit card. So it should have been $110.53 after room tax and fee and the charge is for $120 and some change. I was embarrassed to stay at this dump.
