「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. 「The property and staff was beautiful, kind, & helpful. No issues whatsoever. I was a bit picky about certain things like smudges all over elevator doors my bathroom door FELL OFF THE HINGES, we called maintenance and it was fixed within 20 min. Room was clean but I always do my own cleaning and found a hair or two in bathroom and some hidden small dirty spot near microwave. Other than that, no complaints 」
