「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「The property is in a really good location. However, my room upon check in had a hair filled towel, a dirty towel behind the door, a dirty tub, and functioning but not very good AC unit. Still a good place if you are looking to just lay your head down. But I wouldn’t want to stay in this hotel for a long time. Maybe a weekend at max.」

「First of all the room was very small It looks much bigger online the bedroom doesn’t even have a door no privacy whatsoever. The door to the balcony does not even lock, but it was a clean room. The pools had trash in them. There’s nowhere to park. You have to park across the road then there are homeless people all around your vehicles at night would not recommend Bluewater resort to anyone.」

「I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!」

「This property was not what I had expected. Planned this trip as part of my daughter summer vacation. It was very disappointing. First night water and tub wouldn’t go down, but I didn’t report it till the next deal cause we were so Jetlag and tired sitting there eating food with my daughter. Something crawled on my leg when I looked. It was a roach disgusting told my husband in the middle of the night go to the bathroom. There was a next one sitting on the bed with my daughter something crawling...

I have been in communication with them over the past three weeks, and to date, there has been no resolution. I normally do not do reviews, as I recognize the damage that reviews can do to a business. 「Well I am sorry to say for total of $433/ night or $1332 total 3 nights this was not a real pleasant experience. Entrance lobby, elevators, hallways were musty and dirty. Restaurant was in a shambles.. turned ringer off and would never answer. Closed 8 and 9 weekends . The worst was a unwashed bath towel covered in Feces stains. Absolutely horrible.
