「Great place to stay.」

「Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17...

「Can’t get any closer to the beach. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Over all nicely situated.」

「It's Dumpy. Don't trust the nice online pictures of the pools and rooms. Check in was a nightmare, because you cannot park and check in. If you park up front an employee comes out and yells at you. There are 4 levels in the parking ramp, but 2 are being used by the construction crews doing the remodeling. There is little parking on site but don't worry, you can park off site and still be charged the same parking fee. We had a suite for 6 people. The room had 3 towels/washcloths, and it...

「It’s ok but noise 」

「It’s average for a motel 6. Bring your own pillow as the front desk didn’t have extra and there were only 3 on the bed. The mattress was pretty stiff. But for a one night stay it served its purpose. The staff was friendly and the halls were quiet during the night.」

「Not only where the rooms peeling paint, moldy, and overall dirty they actually had no soap, yes soap, to provide for their guests in the entire hotel. I have traveled five continents and 48 states and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed!」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Both outdoor pools were dirty. The inside pool was a little cleaner.However, the two hot tubs were disgusting. We booked an ocean view with a balcony and did not get one. We also asked to be next to the people we were traveling with.Due to medical issues and we were on totally different floors.」

「This is the worst hotel motel I have ever been in. I know it wasn’t expensive. I know it was cheap but still the room smelled like pure cigarettes. Besides that everything was dirty the bathroom, the tables, the floor, the bed everything was absolutely dirty and also people beware do not go into this hotel motel whatever it is it is infested with bedbugs. I left so early after I noticed the bedbugs on the bed. This is not a good hotel motel. Do not go on here.」

「What really bothered me was parking.. only handicap parking available. Everyone else has to park on the other side of the hotel. Checking in was 1 hour wait.. only 2 receptionist」

「Room was a disaster, very unsanitary, not clean and not safe. I wouldn’t recommend everybody to stay away from this property. Also don’t trust Expedia because they said they would refund me my money and now they’re saying that they cannot.」
