「We had a great time at Surfside. The hotel was nice and clean and we will likely return. Be aware though that none of the rooms face the ocean, the hotel is not built parallel to the coastline. There are ocean views but you must go out on the deck and turn to the side. Also our elderly grandpa called down to the front desk asking someone to bring him more bottled water while we were out and they said it is not one of their services.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「The room was very very clean! There was no sand on the floors, unusual considering it is right on the beach! Nice large white towels, hand towels and wash cloths. They were not stained or dingy. The refrigerator was very clean as well. The pools were very well maintained. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful The housekeeping staff were helpful. They brought fresh towels without me having to ask for them. Ice machine and snack machines were stocked and maintained.」
