The first unit we were given was in Marsh Hawk and it was not great. It smelled musty and was looking a very shabby. We went to the desk and had them reassign us a new unit in Heron Marsh unit #91 and it was great. The unit was clean and it smelled good. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items. We had a great time!

Good Place to Stay

Room was nice. Location is great. Access to beach is nice. However, resort is a little dated. Also, the fitness room is a joke. I think it was the size of my old office so that only a couple people could even hope to work out at the same time. If you're not worried about working out, the place is nice overall.

The check-in staff was courteous and it was a smooth process however, once we got to the room, the toilet in the room was completely broken would not flush at all. Had to call the front desk multiple times in which the phone rang and rang .They sent maintenance: he had me check after he addressed it and the toilet still wasn’t flushing. He stated the flapper was broken. Why not replace it? As of this morning we’re still in our room without a functioning toilet this is not what I expected also, the refrigerator has a very large amount of ice buildup and a lot of rust. Otherwise a quiet stay but I think this is unacceptable and I will not be returning.

TVs need updating TV and bedroom tv extremely small 13 inch outdated and didn’t work mattresses need replacing big dip in the middle apartment was beautiful Kitchen was very nice dishes utensils pans very good. access to the beach was wonderful.

Very nice, quiet room, friendly and helpful staff. Short, scenic walk to beach or hop on the tram. Nice pool too especially for families with kids.

The front desk crew were AMAZING!! the 3 bdrm house was lacking...no inter n et, with 4 young children it was terrible...a VCR??? dishwasher was broken, no dish liquid, no garbage bags. The owner needs to update their rental before asking $300 a night.
