「The room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing negative is the carpet in the elevator is old and smelly. Turn down service is a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again.」

「Room was great. A bit dark. There were loud drilling or banging noises outside our room in the middle of the night into early am waking us all up.」

「The staff at this property were the nicest Ive ever experienced at any of the places I have staid. All of them, every shift, every position. Property was clean, and beds were comfortable. Great place to stay.」

「This was our family’s favorite hotel experience! While the Peabody was elegant, plush, and stunning; it also became our comfortable home. We felt warmly welcomed each time we came back from our many excursions. We loved the restaurants, (especially the Italian) gift shops, lobby bar, and adored the Ducks! We found the staff friendly and accommodating at every corner. Thank you for providing a fabulous home for our vacation; I’m sure we’ll be back!」

「酒店入住时发现基本都有灰，浴盆里还有水，床上孩子发现有头发。反应后有及时给到早餐券补偿。前台服务人员比较友善。」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing as it only had sausage and no bacon. I don't care for sausage. The apples looked old and there were no bananas for fruit options. Otherwise, the breakfast was fine. The staff was very cheerful, friendly and helpful.」

「Everything was clean staff are nice and upgraded room for bday 🎉😁」

「Excellent location」
