"If our room hadn't seemed clean enough we would have left. Property is run down, exterior looked terrible with unmowed grass and weeds in landscaping. Hot breakfast is only served on weekends. No juice or decaf coffee. Bed was ok but desk chair was worn out. This place needs to be stripped of the Quality name."

"Miscommunication with late check out… first when I called they said they could do 3pm… then when we came to check in thwy said 1pm… then they said 11:30 is the latest…. would have been a better experience with a later check out"

"Went to a show at Pine Knob, this place was only about 15mins away. Clean, comfortable bed, good amenities. Staff was friendly and was reasonably priced compared to other options in the area! Would stay here again."

As my husband and I were leaving for dinner, the staff checked in to make sure everything was good. The facilities are great and clean. Even the free breakfast was so great with so many choices. We were so impressed!"
