"Our experience was wonderful. Our bartender in the fish tank was very welcoming and friendly. We were celebrating my wife’s 21st birthday. She doesn’t like the taste of alcohol but the bartender was patient and made her very delicious cocktails. I can’t remember his name but he worked February 17th around the early afternoon late morning time. Our room was gorgeous! I loved the balcony. So relaxing, so peaceful. I’m can’t wait to come back!"

"The room didn’t have a microwave or a coffee maker, which was a little disappointing. The man working the front desk the second day of our stay was amazing, but definitely needed help. Over all, very nice. "

"We were here for the weekend due to an Allstar cheerleading competition..in which all 8 of our teams won 1st place!!! This was a lovely hotel and there’s a lot of restaurants close by. It’s literally 2/3 mins from The Pyramid Bass Pro shop and the river park. I’d most definitely stay again!! "

"It was a clean room. We had issues with the hot water, but as soon as I’ve reported it to the front desk, they were nice enough to provide another room where we could shower in."

"Wonderful hotel...loved the lobby! Our room was great...super cool AC...comfortable beds...really nice bathroom with sliding barn door to separate shower/toilet from sink/vanity..hot shower...lots of space...great view with very high ceilings so super quiet...walked to Bealle St."

"If I could rate the staff higher than 5 stars, I would! The hotel was great! They got us checked in earlier than expected, the staff was great, greyhound restaurant was awesome with great live music and fantastic drinks and food! First time in Memphis, close to everything we wanted to do! "
