"Amazing experience. I wish we had more time there"

"As a single mother traveling alone with three children, the valet parking being full was quite the disappointment and was one of the options that inspired me to book at this location. Check in was slow and very busy but understandable but again, not ideal with a wriggly, cranky toddler. AC never cooled to my desired comfort level and both older kids complained that it was hot, toddler was sweating. One bed was broken as in sunken in on one whole side of mattress and squeaky/could feel springs. Overall not the worst but certainly not the best. Would prob still book again if needed to stay close to the convention center as the skywalk over is just too convenient not to. Otherwise, if just simply staying in Memphis for other reasons, I’d prob try somewhere else for better luck."

"The room was filthy and smelled. Peanuts were all over the floor, stains on all the bedding, couch, etc. The electric outlets did not work in half the room. The front desk refused to do anything about it saying they were full."
