「This was one of the best places we have stayed and enjoyed it so much more than a standard hotel. Everything was exactly like the listing and so simple from check in to check out. Super clean and everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. If we ever visit Memphis in the future this will definitely be our go to place to stay.」

「Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!」

「This place has true old southern hospitality. The whole town was like that! We visited everywhere. No disappointments. The hotel was magnificent. We just returned from Japan. Hospitality there second to none and the Peabody and Memphis felt the same.」

「Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost.」

「Valet service was excellent as was the hotel shutte. All persons were very helpful but Tony was very helpful when we had questions.」

「There were drugs left on the table and they moved us to another room air conditioner didn’t work leaking refrigerator and the room smelled like cat pee.」

「I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.」

「We did one night here on our roadtrip. There is a great Irish pub across the street and 10 min walk to Beale. Bed was comfy」
