「Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go. 」

「The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York.」

「Very clean room. They had a concierge service via text that reached out shortly after we arrived and answered all my questions, often in just 10-20 minutes after texting. The front desk staff was also attentive and helpful. Would recommend and stay again!」

「The balcony was an added plus to an exceptionally spacious, clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was large and well stocked. Plenty of storage for our luggage. 24 hour lobby access for unwinding after a busy day in the city. Polite and helpful staff.」

「Customer service was top notch from the door man to the guy with glasses! I came for a 24 hour birthday spa weekend for myself. Since i was solo and super nervous , they made me feel welcomed! They even gave some small gifts for my birthday when i came back from the spa! It meant a lot! The room- the bed was on/ i dint like the squeaky noise, the bath room doors kept sliding and slamming, but the views and style was so nice. My tv didn’t work but i didn’t tell them so it didn’t bother me....

「Booked last minute for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised with staff! I wasn’t feeling well and showed up to the hotel rather early, explained my situation and without a doubt the gentleman at reception helped me out and gave me a room as soon as it became available. The cafe downstairs has delicious drinks, and room was clean! Will def be booking here again」
