The Staff was great (especially Jory and Martin) the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the water and coffee in the room provided as a courtesy. The hotel is conveniently located near where my daughter lives in Brooklyn. I would not book through Expedia again - it was frustrating and not customer centric.
