Hotel is not in a good area. Seems unsafe to walk around at night. Train station is not a good walking distance.

Staff were very nice. Lines were long but moved quickly. Room was very clean. The room was small but as expected for midtown. Location was excellent, only steps to Times Square and shows.

The room was clean and quiet, other than the traffic noise from outside. Plenty of places to eat around the neighborhood.

I grew up in Elmhurst before leaving for the Army and meeting a local girl from Hawaii. I always love visiting my old hometown, and I got to show my wife Elmhurst/Maspeth/Queens Blvd, and revel in all the changes.
The housekeeper is the best they were always pleasant and always provide service with a smile. They made sure to take good care of me and the room I was in. I was pleased to share this with the hotel management before leaving.
Did not have the opportunity to explore much but we would stay here again
