「Excellent service (include catering, front desk, transportation ). Great Mt Fuji view!」

「The highlight of our two week trip through Japan! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Many amenities were provided. The view of Fuji from our room was exceptional. The dinner was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life! 1000/10 would recommend this very special place to anyone looking for a unique stay in Fujikawaguchiko!」

「The room was not my expected and not match with the photo in Expedia. The bathroom should be outdoor but my room is indoor. The room style is not the same and the Manager informed me that is the same square feet but not same style. It was so unexpected and disappointed. 」

「The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is quite good and the view is great. If you plan to play at the Fuji-Q park, really recommend to stay at this hotel. ^_^」

「Yoshi hosted us with open arms. He sung us a song on arrival and then found out it was my girlfriend’s birthday and got her some personalised gifts! The location was idyllic; we had a room with a view of Fuji which we saw at sunrise. Yoshi does live music in the evening and he was incredible! He even gave us a lift to the station the next day so we didn’t have to get a bus. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in the Kawaguchiko area.」
