"Very clear instructions by emails after booking. Effective communication by English via email or face to face. Very helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness in common area. Walking distance to both train stations and has bus stop in front of the hostel. Has hot water, coffee & tea supplies & clear instructions on cooking ramen by microwave oven. Could be better if there is a pantry for simple cooking with an individual sink. Will return to this hostel when revisiting Mt. Fuji area again "

"Great view on Mt Fuji from every room and the meals were very good. There are 2 different menus available for dinner, kaiseki or shabu-shabu. Breakfast was always the same buffet but many different choices.
