"We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families with kids. The attic-style beds were a huge hit with the children and made the stay extra fun. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also loved the outdoor table area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. The hotel provided great amenities, and overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families visiting the Fuji area!"

"We loved staying here! Our favorite hotel of our entire trip and we were only there one night! The view of mt Fuji was amazing from the front of the hotel!!! The staff were so helpful too. We were confused by how to access the closest train station, and one of the staff walked all the way outside to show us exactly where to go. He was so so sweet! Also, our room was nice and spacious. Which I feel like is hard to find in Japan! The room was very clean! We were able to get a massage at the spa as well and that was amazing!! The prices felt very reasonable (compared to america haha) The only thing that was hard is it felt kinda hard to find a taxi or uber from here. If you can figure out the route to the nearest train station/bus that will help a ton to get to all the fuji attractions! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"This 2/2 (white) villa was spectacular. I travelled solo, mainly to spend time at Fuji-Q Highland. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the bus station by a TIKO van & greeter, who escorted me to the main lobby. Incredibly friendly staff members. The lobby includes a gift shop with snack & drinks for purchase, as well as free coffee & bath salts. The villa was brand new, clean, & tidy. The bed & linens were plush & comfy. Rooftop views of Fuji, Eejanaika, & Fujiyama coasters were spectacular. Amenities also include padded lawn chairs, a grill, a picnic table/benches, mosquito coils, electric lanterns. Bicycles are for rent at the front lobby, as well as pamphlets/info on the Fuji area. I walked to Fuji-Q each day (about a 10-15 minute easy walk). I plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful room with a view. Mt Fuji was very clear on the day we arrived. We had clear shots of Mount Fuji for 3 whole days. Amazing. We didn’t use the public bath as there were a lot of visitors. But in room bath was amazing. Just bought bath salts to use. Parking was readily available and we were blessed to see some wildlife as we drove down to town. Saw a small family of wild boars and deer. Lovely to hear birds singing in the morning. Breakfast was good as well."
