Best hotel in kawaguchiko

Amazing hotel - not as fancy from the outside as maybe a few others on the lake but it’s an amazing beautiful hotel with the best staff we had in Japan! And wonderful dinner and breakfast, fantastic prep and great chef!

The staffs are incredibly welcoming, they showed up once we parked our car, guided us to the check-in counter, explained everything very clearly. They always have a smile on their face and we had a very pleasant stay here. The most impressed thing is that they have a lively and welcoming birds which make the environment very friendly.
