Clean room daily delivery of water and towels, air conditioning was nice and cold and the room had a humidifier which we loved. Very spacious easy to take stairs or elevator. Laundry room was very clean and provided laundry supplies and was very reasonably priced. Walking distance to Lawsons for snacks.
Staff spoke very good English. Location, 10 - 15 minutes walk from main bus station.
Room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Beds were comfy and large.
Free access to roof to view Fuji.
We stayed in one of the melon houses and we were pleasantly surprise with how spacious the room was. Overall great stay for three nights

Very nice and convenient for the location and price. They have bike rentals onsite and I recommend getting an electric one because theyâre very fast and you can keep up with traffic and get around very easily
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great views of Mt Fuji on a clear day.

The room was great. The staff was even better. Very friendly and helpful as well as extremely accommodating. The view of Mt Fuji from the hotel was amazing.
I was really excited to stay here, mainly because of the amazing view of Mount Fuji, and it absolutely delivered. The rooftop view was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Especially since it was a clear sunny day, not a cloud to be seen!
The room itself was okay. The television was quite small, though we didnât really watch it anyway, and we understood that rooms in Japan can be a bit smaller. The experience of sleeping on the traditional tatami is very neat.
The only disappointing part was the complimentary breakfast experience. Guests could choose between a traditional Japanese breakfast, an egg salad sandwich, or another sandwich option. Our whole family had loved the egg salad sandwiches throughout Japan, so we selected those. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and we were served the traditional breakfast instead. When we asked if it could be changed, we were told it was too late. To be fair the traditional breakfast was quite good. It seemed more like a communication breakdown than anything else.
Overall, it was still a nice place to rest and enjoy the beautiful Mount Fuji views. Also, make sure to eat at Oden nearby, great food!
