Amazing service overall They have a timed shuttle service from Kawaguchiko St. - Hotel, which is really convenient, I didn't know about this and took a bus when first arrived 😂 either way was easy to do check-in and checkout and move around the area, the Kawaguchiko station is near so you can also walk, good breakfast, clean rooms and location

Nice place to stay for one night. Check in was easy, room was clean, shower was good (bed a little firmer than I would like), complimentary breakfast wouldn't win any awards but it did the job.
