"Excellent location, we were upgraded to a cabin as the glamping pods weren't in use and the cabin was amazing! There was a beautiful hot tub/bath in the room and it felt super cosy with the log burner. The breakfast was good, however we didnt try the bbq for dinner as it seemed very expensive and there were lots of local restaurants that were significantly cheaper and just as delicious. The only negative was that they didnt replenish the logs and on the last few nights didnt replace the towels...

"Property was located in a good location. We were upgraded which was a nice touch, unsure of where the free VIP Expedia gift card was located as wasn't given one. Room was large however could do with a refurb, some chipped paint and dated decor. However the stay was nice and the reception staff were friendly. Did not use the restaurant. Free parking and restaurants etc nearby but will need to drive for these. Room was clean but as mentioned could do with a refurb but wouldn't deter me returning."

"The property is a bit dated but well maintained, kept clean and in order. It worked out for our family looking for a relaxed and easygoing stay. When we walked for a morning stroll, we caught a beautiful and clear view of Mt Fuji. With rental car, we had access to a selection of restaurants, shops, and activities within the Lake Yamanakako area. But 7/11 is also just a few minute walk and the hotel offers breakfast and dinner for an affordable price. We would stay here again!"

Breakfast was always the same buffet but many different choices. Our problem was the room temperature can't be adjusted other than leaving the exterior door open and the duvet was very heavy with no top sheet."
