Would give 10 stars if I could. The facility is conveniently located near the lake and to convenience stores and bus stops. It is very gorgeous and if you want to make the most of a traditional experience, do not skip the kaiseki. It's very much worth it and they served the best fish I've ever had.
The customer service is top notch. Yoko and another lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) went out of their way to make sure I was able to have my delicious breakfast without missing my ride to my next destination. They hailed a cab for me and worked so hard to help me with my luggage in the pouring rain. They're so wonderful!
If you want a serene, luxurious experience while marveling the beauty of Mt Fuji, this is the place. Just book it.
The room is super clean and organized. Hot spring is great. Breakfast is delicious and delicate at the same time. Overall worth it even without seeing Fuji mountain :)
This hotel is the highlight of a 15 day trip to Japan. Two different hotels in Tokyo and another in Kyoto.
Everybody was simply amazing. People from being greeted in the parking lot when we arrived and Usher directly to our room with our luggage being handled.
The room was to put it simply stunning. Absolutely spotless. Acres and Hertz full kimono was waiting for us. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Having your own private outdoor patio with hot tub is a great way to spend the evening.
I think we made a mistake by not doing the dinner service at least one night. Because the breakfast service was quite extravagant. You have your own private room in the dining area with personal service.
We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and welcoming, and everyone tried their absolute best to help us in every way.
The rooms were beautiful and big, and the breakfast was delicious. I can recommend this hotel enough.
This hotel was the best experience we had during our 2 week tour of Japan. The service and room accommodations were outstanding. If yo are looking for a great experience in the area, this is best place you will find. The views of Mt Fuji at breakfast were outstanding. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.
Honestly the most amazing experience I had while in Japan. The onsen in the room was heavenly and so relaxing to be able to use after walking around the lake. They also have the friendliest and most considerate staff.
I highly recommend and will be staying again for my next trip.
Incredible venue for a relaxing time. The private onsen was relaxing and the room itself was amazing with plenty of space to find peace and quiet.
The kaiseki and breakfast was delicious and the private dining rooms felt intimate and personal.
Overall an impeccable place to visit and relax b
If you like Japanese cuisine this place has an excellent breakfast and you must have the Japanese dinner at least one night during stay, so delicious. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Such a quaint cozy hotel and a lovely Japanese touch to everything.
