The hotel is a destination in and of itself. Dining, entertainment and public/private baths are available without needing to leave the facility. The view of Mt Fuji is fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay.

This is an experience I wholly recommend to all coming to Japan. Exceptional staff who did a great job describing the amenities and things to do from the check-in. As well as an amazing view of mount Fuji. The roof-top Onsen was a once in a lifetime experience for me and my friends and a memory we all cherish. The garden was also beautiful and great place to walk around and enjoy nature in during the day and night. The only bad part was leaving.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located near the Kawaguchiko station. Great view of the lake and Mount Fuji. Kaiseki dinner was great and breakfast was very good, also.
