"Hotel is in a beautiful location. Parking is included which was great because we drove from Tokyo. Staff were friendly. There was tea/coffee available 24/7 and a microwave, with sitting area that we used to for our dinner. "
"Excellent view of Mt. Fuji. The owner is very nice, speaks good English, picked us up from the station for free, and gave us wonderful recommendations around the area, also responsive to texts. They also upgraded our room to a 1 whole house to ourselves, very clean and fully furnished. If you want a quieter and relaxing area with a great view of Mt Fuji, this is the one!"

Also recommend booking the private onsen (with clear Mt Fuji views) makes the stay unforgettable!"
"The hospitality is top notch here. This villa has an airb&b vibe. It is not as fancy as other hot spring hotels but if you are looking for a family place that is quiet and relax, this is the place. The front desks were so helpful. We received a binder on where to go, food options, etc. And he even helped us figuring out how to get to our next destination. I will definitely stay here again.
