「The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. 「我覺得這酒店的地點非常好，行出去就見到富士山，對面有一個博物館可以參觀，也有巴士站，酒店員工很友善，適合小家庭或情侶」

「到河口湖駅約十多分鐘巴士，但班次較疏及尾班車很早收，酒店再向山上走可到富士山遙拜所、母の白滝，約三十多分鐘路程，但景色十分優美，值得一遊。附近較少食店，晚餐選擇更少，越夜越難找。住宿有兩層十分寬敞，地下有獨立燒烤地方，二樓有大露枱，看到大部份富士山，住宿內設備齊全，不喜燒烤亦有廚具可煮食，公用地方有洗衣機。房東十分熱情友善，離開時還駕車送我們至富士山駅，真的感謝！」

「Due to my tight schedule, I messaged the hotel for the late check in arrangement. It took them quite a long time to respond, but they are very responsive since then. Check in and check out was smooth, and the staff is very friendly. The room is more spacious than we expected, that two big luggages can be opened without a problem. Location is great, with the lake just across the road. And convenience store is just at the hotel. The only down side of the hotel is that it doesn’t have a lift, so...

「夏天嘅露台好多昆蟲，好難體驗露台用餐，若果在露台可以安裝一些如防蚊幕會更好 住了三天兩夜，每天也能望住富士山又真的很幸運喔」

「Reasonable price. Breakfast is good. The car park is located at 2/F in which you can access through the elevator. Do not return to hotel too late or else you need to park open area/ another free park that 5 mins from the hotel. Hope that 1-2 more drying machine can be introduced. Since the washing procedure last only 30mins but most people spend 40-60mins for the dryer. 」
