"Great hotel in a great location for Mt. Fuji views, but do not have workaround (patches) for using the pool (onsen) bc of tattoos. I had booked a room to fit 4 people, but when arrived they said I had a 2 person room and would have to pay to upgrade to the 11th floor suite. "
