「Hotel caters mainly to German groups. They had to move us to a sister property which had one room available on top of the entrance where all smokers congregate. Staff and cleanliness were great. Food is plenty but bland and sometimes unappealing. Shout out to Daniel in restaurant for making us feel welcome. Generally the location and value were very good. May look for something with local feel next time.」

「Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating:
1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful.
2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport.
3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted.
4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor...

「The hotel was in a great location right across
from the beach and just the right distance from the airport.
Staff was nice and attentive; the room was super clean.
Breakfast had a great variety and even offered bubbly.
Also loved the lounge with Live music in the evening.
I did have some noisy guests above me but that was not the the hotels fault. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palma.」

「The apt was clean, spacious (2br/2bath, kitchen, couch/ tv area and balcony with table with 4 chairs that looked out on the beach.) with easy access to bus 25 into Palma (2 euro). The A/C worked well as did the wi-fi. There is a small combo washer/ dryer as well as a 2 burner stove and a combo microwave/ oven. There were tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a rooftop pool. Bldg is 4 floors with elevator and code access to get into building. You can use the pool and...
