「Der Kaffee war nicht so gut」

Am zweiten Tag kam das Reinigungspersonal erst sehr spät, und anschließend wurde das Bett sogar mit der bereits benutzten und schmutzigen Bettwäsche neu bezogen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht nicht den Mindeststandards eines Hotels. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war überwiegend sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.
