「We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect and made it so easy to walk to different areas, restaurants, and attractions. The food was amazing, and having a complimentary breakfast each morning was such a nice bonus. And the bed was SO comfortable — honestly one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.」

「The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and is located at city center.」

「All staff were super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable to stay there.」

「Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception...

「Well located in city center. Not a fan of the connected hotels where you check yourself in. AC in living room was capped at 24, it was hot. Shower was clogged as you couldn’t shower for more then 3 min without water overflowing into bedroom. Bed was comfortable and clean」

「The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!」

「What a wonderful experience! Staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Clean hotel and rooms, with a lovely garden to escape to for some fresh air. Conveniently located, with no challenges getting around town or locating public transportation. Would definitely recommend.」

「The rooms and entire building were super clean, and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and kind. The breakfast menu is a little limited, but we honestly didn’t mind. The spa area was one of our favourite parts and was so relaxing. They have a steam room, sauna, indoor spa pool and hot tub. They also offer massages, although we didn’t book one. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but seating is limited, so I definitely recommend getting there right when it opens at 9am if you want...

「Very nice interior decor. Helpful and friendly staff- helped me book a taxi br」

「Beautiful hotel in the middle of Palma convenient to everything. Great shops and restaurants everywhere. Close to the gothic center. The hotel is beautifully decorated with everything you need in a hotel room. Staff very professional, polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Palma.」

「The location of the hotel is PERFECT! It is within walking distance to everything. And above and beyond that is the staff. Upon checking they were very accommodating when we arrived early before check in. They made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready - even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne! They always assisted us with a smile to our questions and had great recommendations. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant was one of our best. We would highly recommend the BO...
