"We booked this last minute for one night.The hotel had a sort of “old” charm. Very close to airport which is what we wanted for the night before we left. Staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. We interacted with Maya who was just lovely and informative. There were 3 of us & we got ONE key only. A real key to unlock the door. We had to leave the key card which was attached to the key, in the slot next to door to keep the electricity on. We had to remove that every time we left the room & leave key w/ front desk, to keep guests from losing the key. How Bizarre?? The room was very old with old furniture and not very pretty brown decor. The room itself seemed clean but it was disappointing for theThe bathroom was old. To access our room, we had to take the elevator, walk down 4 steps, then walk up 5 steps and again, walk down 4 steps. It was bizarre and very inconvenient considering all of the luggage we had from our long trip. I just wonder if the staff knew that was the room we were in when they saw us with all the luggage and if they could have changed that room for us. But nothing we can do now. The area?? Sketchy! Very sketchy. The beach is walking distance but not the prettiest beach at all. It just looks like a rough area. We were not impressed but again we only were there for one night. It did the trick for us with the distance to airport so we didn’t feel rushed the next day getting there on time. Would I stay there again? No. And no amenities."

"I traveled with my daughter, and later a friend joined us. The hotel was able to accommodate us in another room, which made everything so easy and comfortable. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived, and everything was just perfect for us. My daughter enjoyed an afternoon at the Kids Club, and of course, we had to try all the swimming pools! The rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the solar eclipse! such a special and unforgettable experience! We booked it, and it was incredibly convenient. The staff was amazing and super attentive. It didn’t matter which front desk, restaurant, or area of the hotel we were in, the service was always top-notch. The location was perfect too, just steps from Playa de Palma, with so many restaurants and bars nearby that we were spoiled for choice. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca! ❤️"

"Amazing stay! One thing we did not like it was a loud fan outside our terrace therefore we had no use of it at all. However, pool and sauna calmed us down hehe! Very nice stay. Easy and free parking, close to the Palma and main roads."

"Lovely staff sorry couldn’t remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. That’s just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff."
