「Außen pfui, innen auch! Schimmelbefall lässt grüßen. Ich musste das Zimmer deshalb wechseln und bin selbst nach dem Wechsel am nächsten Tag ausgecheckt. An der Decke meines Zimmers war überall starker Schimmelbefall. In die Ecken durfte man generell nicht schauen, sehr sauber war's nicht. Die Toilette und das Bad an sich war ganz in Ordnung, allerdings hat man sich im gesamten Zimmer so unwohl gefühlt, dass ich am zweiten Tag direkt wieder ausgecheckt habe, weil es echt gar nicht ging. 「Während des Aufenthalts ist unser Kuscheltier, das auf dem Bett lag, abhanden gekommen. Das Personal hat sich leider nicht wirklich dafür interessiert. Es wurde vermutet, dass unser Kuscheltier mit der Bettwäsche in der externen Wäscherei gelandet sein muss. Leider gab es hierzu auch Monate nach unserem Aufenthalt weder vom Hotel noch der Wäscherei eine Rückmeldung, und das obwohl wir uns sogar direkt an die Wäscherei gewendet haben. 「Gorgeous hotel. I was lucky to have a lovely room with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There could be more vegetarian options at dinner and food could be better labelled. Breakfast was fab. Loads of choice and never struggled for a table.」

「A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment. There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle. I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. 「Great location away from the crowd. Easy to get to Palma by bus for 2€ a.P. The best seafood restaurant 10 min by foot we have ever eaten. 」
