「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Lager ist perfekt, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und ist auch schnell am Strand. Das Restaurant Rizzi ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr lecker dort gegessen. Typisch italienischer Koch.」

「Wonderful hotel overlooking the marina and 15 min walk from cathedral! Everything was clean and the staff were lovely. Only thing I would say is the 3rd floor public toilet (for solarium, pool, bar) wasn’t quite finished so needed a ladder entrance(!). Oh, and the swimming pool is nowhere near as big as it looks in the photos! But, on the whole, a great hotel in a great location! Would happily return here!」

「Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor...
