Hotel Finca Ca N'ai - Bio Nature Adults Only

"A stunning finca hotel in a glorious setting with incredible views of the Tramuntana mountains. We were blessed with glorious (albeit hot) weather, so able to take advantage of the fabulous grounds, including the wonderful palm-shaded swimming pool and upper terraces, where we took our breakfast and enjoyed evening drinks looking at the mountains. The whole place had an exclusive feel, with plenty of space and privacy, with a number of rooms scattered over the grounds. Fabulous buffet style breakfast and complementary lifts into Sollar or Port de Sollar in the evenings, where there are plenty of very good places to eat. We also ate at the Finca one evening and the food was delicious, and the setting spectacular. All the staff we came across were very friendly and efficient, always happy to help but respectful of your privacy. The Finca is outside of Soller - a flat 30 minute walk, which we enjoyed as the town gets very busy and quite claustrophobic in peak season. One of the main walks on the GR 221 could be started from the top end of the Finca, and you could catch the tram at the bottom end of the Finca, (although we never did this). Very well placed in terms of access to Soller and the surrounding towns, and the wonderful winding Ma-10 road through the Mountains. Also very easy access to Palma via the Ma-11 but the traffic comes to a near standstill in peak season from just outside the tunnels into Soller, so plan accordingly. We hope to return."

"Really enjoyed my stay. The kitchen made caring for babies so much easier. The only confusion was we were told we had to pay cash for food or bar items at the pool and could not use our credit card but in the end we found out you can. They have poolside bar with ice cream and all kinds of snacks and drinks on honor system always available"

"To be honest, I’ve stayed at the la residencia, Puig, etc. This hotel tops them all. Great amenities, great location, parking is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful. My only negative I would say is the Night Shift Front Desk isn’t as educated as he should be. He refused to give my wife a simple Band-Aid because he said it’s only for staff. Not something that makes a lot of sense, but that was probably the only issue we’ve had. He just kept lecturing that he’s not allowed to give away any kind of first aid kits because it’s for staff. He also refused to give us hotel provided toothpaste and toothbrushes so we can use it in the morning prior to our checkout at 6 AM because our bags are already packed. Other than that, the morning shift guy, I wish I had his name, blonde hair with glasses, super nice, super respectful and was very helpful throughout our entire day. He’s probably the reason why I give this place a 10 out of 10."
