Great hotel, with a friendly knowledgeable staff, in a nice location right outside the old town. Safe neighborhood right next to Palma Police Station. Nice rooftop pool and lounge. Clean with well layed out rooms. Limited parking in the garage, but street parking available. We enjoyed our Saturday!

We had a wonderful weekend break at Protur Palma. The room was well appointed with a great shower. We had use of the spa and used the indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna on both days. Come hungry for the buffet breakfast there is a lot of choice. Excellent position for walking around as well as catching the bus to Cala Major or Playa de Illetes. The welcome drink voucher was a lovely touch. Look forward to my next wkend break here.

Weekend stay

Enjoyed our stay, good service, easy check in and hotel is very tidy and clean. Some of the facilities need fixing, in particular in the Spa (Jacuzzi, Ice Dispenser, Sauna seats - some wooden slats are broken) and Spa could do with a cold shower / plunge option as its really warm down there. Breakfast very good. Great selection and like the option to order a fresh omolette. Coffee machine isn't the best.

The hotel was lovely and spotless. Staff very helpful and if you needed anything you just had to ask for help. The only thing was they didn’t have a restaurant for night time so you had to book somewhere to eat.

The hotel is clean, modern and has wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is well appointed, and most days, tasty. I would give the hotel high value for its location yet quiet ambience. The rooms are comfortable with comfortable beds. However, we struggled to keep the air conditioner on all night. As it goes on and off by temperature.

Great location, staff and hotel!

Great location, very modern (quite new hotel, 4 years old), very helping, serviceminded and smiling staff. Check-in was smooth and effective. We really enjoyed the "chill roof-top" area, which has a small pool, daybeds, sofas and chairs, and, a nice little bar. Fridge in the room, and also some english channels as well. Air-condition worked like a charm, good size bathroom, good bed. All in all, we can't think of any complaints really :)

I really liked this hotel. The rooftop pool area is great. The only thing letting it down is the reception. They do not have enough staff working checking people in. Huge build up of people and people complaining. Otherwise great hotel.

Check in was very slow due to procedure/system. Staff not to blame! Our third visit and on the two first stays we had a room towards the street. This time one to the yard, which was quite disapointing..

The staff was very helpful, especially helping me with a rental car. The breakfast was very complete, but I expected higher quality. My breakfast comparison was a hotel in Madrid which cost about the same per night.
