「The staff really made our stay wonderful. We asked if we could connect our Netflix to the tv but they informed us that the casting ability wasn’t working at the moment. They provided us with a laptop and HDMI cable to still enjoy the programs we wanted. All the staff were kind to us and always happy to help with any situation. Would love to come back again ☺️」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
