Sänkyjen peitto ei ollut normaali pussi lakana vaan surkea räpellys, joka ei pysy paikallaan: normaalien lakanoiden välissä itse peitto. Suihkutiloissa ei ole tarpeeksi pöytätasoja, joille laittaa esim. puhtaat vaatteet odottamaan. Muuten tosi hyvä paikka, mutta tuo peitto on kyllä iso miinus.」

「The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and only a short taxi ride from Palma airport. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. The pool area is quite small and sunloungers are all reserved from very early on but the bar served good drinks and the views were spectacular. Aircon in the room was a bit hit and miss and a fridge (rather than just a cooler) would have been a lovely bonus. Pools towels were...

「Extremely disappointing stay. We will not return to Fergus Style Tobago or another Fergus property. We were talked into upgrading to a room with a private rooftop sun lounge and jacuzzi. The rooftop was nice, but the actual room was shockingly small—barely enough space to move around or open and unpack our luggage. The AC was completely inadequate. We sweat through the night, and when we complained, someone came to “fix” it only to give us an excuse for why it was supposedly functioning...

「The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I had severe food poisoning and my travel companion needed medical assistance. The cleaner was amazing, getting help and cleaning the room. We're both very grateful for the professionalism and support. In terms of the room, it was exactly as described. However, there is no fridge or kettle. A kettle would have been very welcome - something to consider?」

「Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit Musik und ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Besonders toll ist das Brunch Angebot bis 13:30 Uhr. So kann man morgens frühstücken und mittags noch eine Kleinigkeit essen. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und sauber. Angesichts des Lautstärkepegels anderer Hotelgäste bis spät in die Nacht rein, fiel es uns oft schwer, zu schlafen. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt an diesem Hotel.」

「The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area.」
