"The location is fantastic minutes from main shopping, the rambles is a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and cafes. Minutes from main bus stops. Clean room amazing bathroom free standing bath. Choose the design suite very roomy. The TV’s were hard to navigate. The breakfast was standard nothing outstanding. Staff lovely and property very clean housekeeping very good "

"Really loved the stay. The view, the breakfast buffet and the mini mart close by made it easy to stay at the hotel. It was about 40 mins on the bus from the city centre which was perfect for a day out of exploring. Some staff via telephone were rude and put the phone down when they didnt understand english and someone called at 12pm to leave the room when I had paid for a late check out but other than that the stay was very pleasant. "

Room was nice and quiet and had all amenities, was spotless and spacious with a sunny balcony. Breakfast was fresh and filling... Hotel is located less than a 2 minute walk from one of the best beach promenades in Mallorca... "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, great selection for breakfast. I had a mountain view which was stunning. I travelled alone for the first time ever and was apprehensive. Didn't need to be, the staff were accomodating and checked i was ok. Helped when my uber let me down. The beds in the rooms are the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I don’t sleep well but here i slept like a baby. Quiet in the morning is unusual in hotels but i couldn't hear any noise. I can't recommend it enough. You have everything from the views to the spa and the staff.. i went out of season so it may and probably will be a lot louder in season but i don't think this would put me off. I'm booking again for October 🙂"
