「wonderful place to stay. the staffs are nice and helpful」

「We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. 「Grounds and surrounding areas very well maintained. The rooms need a deep clean and the furnishings need some attention. Area rug old and frayed. Bottom of doors and walls look worn. Bathrooms need a deep clean.」
