This is a brand new hotel. Everything is so well thought out. The quality of everything is excellent. Great location in the center of the city. The hotel is just off to the side of the main street, so you feel a sense of privacy. Overall an amazing hotel and great value for the price. I highly recommend.

The hotel was in a great position in central Madrid within walking distance of several of the main attractions for example, just a few minutes from the Royal Palace and the Opera House. The hotel is recently opened and the rooms were in excellent condition. These were clean, of a reasonable size and with a good size bathroom - all in all, quite functional. The rooftop pool was the star attraction for us although be warned that the Madrid sun shows no mercy and sun block is a must. Breakfast was more than adequate for the price.

loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. The hotel was conveniently located to everything. Madrid is a very walkable city. The staff at the hotel was great, extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me an extra hour to check out which allowed me to explore the city a little more before my flight. The rooftop pool is beautiful too overlooking the city. The pool itself and the area is a little small (seats get taken pretty quick) but I think that's typical for European cities. The view is almost like an infinity pool, but not quite. I loved Madrid and will be back and will plan on staying at the Urban Hive again.

The hotel had a chic, stylish vibe and everything felt high quality and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic hotel with great stuff and room size. The only issues that the gym is very small with no weights except for small dumbbells up to 10 kg and three pieces of cardio. That is a real disappointment for a hotel this nice. The roof deck with the swimming pool is fantastic.

I come to celebrate my 30th birthday the staff are incredible so friendly and attentive! Made me feel so special wrote me the most beautiful note with a happy birthday brownie in the room the most sweetest gesture that I’ll treasure forever! The room is absolutely beautiful so clean and tidy I can’t fault a single thing! Everything has been amazing!! Rooftop pool is amazing! Ich habe mehr erwartet . Ob ich mein gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen habe, ist eher unwahrscheinlich. Badewanne, statt Dusche. Im unteren Bereich des Hotels. Größe passte. Die Rooftopbar und der Pool konnten den Bildern nicht gerecht werden. War eher gewöhnlich als besonders. Das Frühstück war einem 4 Sterne Hotwl nicht angemessen. Der Kaffee war fade aus Kannen zur Selbstbedienung, ebenso die Milch. Insgesamt enttäuschte es mich

Hotel nuevo, muy bonito moderno y bien localizado. No obstante, es de poca cultura de servicio al cliente. Llegamos cansados y no hubo quien nos ayudase a subir maletas ni nos dieran recibieran con cortesía. Pedimos para planchar y hubo que bajar a buscarla, y nos solicitaron volver a bajarla al terminar. Nada, presumo es parte del estilo de hotel más moderno y 'city like' pero hay etiqueta de hostelería básica que no se debe abandonar.

Hotel excelente, inaugurado há apenas 2 semanas. Limpeza impecável, funcionários educados e quarto bem amplo e camas confortáveis. O café da manhã também estava ótimo, mas é cobrado à parte. Localização muito boa, no centro e próxima a estações de metrô.
