「The WiFi in room 1012 was useless , we complained twice to no avail」

「Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that」

「La posizione e lo staff. Vicinissimo al centro e alla spiaggia cittadina, staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato in una suite vista mare e la camera era veramente bellissima. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Inoltre c'e un parcheggio pubblico collegato direttamente con l'hotel e sotterraneo.」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」
