"Pool was very pleasant. Staff were accommodating and very friendly and helpful.
Short walk to an ‘original’ beach, very rocky! Nice restaurants and a Spa. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Catalina. The room was very nice, well kept and clean. The hotel had a very pleasant vibe. Breakfast was excellent with great variety of options.
The service was OK. Great at times and requiring improvement at some instances.
We really liked the amenities, including the pools. We found the restrictions on which pools our toddler could use and which not somewhat restrictive. There is absolutely no harm in allowing kids to the soa pool under restricted hours, e.g. morning until 19am. Many other more prestigious hotels do it, why not Santa Catalina. Thankfully staff were accommodating were they could!"
"Staff was very helpful. Rooms are small and the photos and information on Expedia is somewhat misleading. This is not a resort just a very basic hotel. "
"The room was basic but didnt expect anything more for the money paid, very central and a ten minute walk from the beach so okay for a couple of days stay. Wouldnt want to stay any longer than a few days as it's very noisy."
