「酒店就在高速路边上，紧挨着一家大型购物中心，有家乐福超市和餐馆。机场到酒店车程约10分钟，提前联系，在指定时间内有机场的免费班车。前台弄错了我们第二天去机场的班车时间，主动出钱叫了出租车，车资约17欧元。自助早餐很丰盛，有英式早餐。」

「Excellent hotel just off Las Canteras, reception team were excellent and even organised my return transfer pick up with taxi company. Room was exterior on top floor with a very big balcony, I didn’t need to use rooftop terrace. I visit regularly and have booked again. Fab place and quiet at night for getting a good sleep!」

「We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect we were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and many nearby attractions, which made exploring so convenient. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to start each day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!」

「Friendly staff and clean, gym was useless two dumbell’s and an exercise bike don’t really justify calling it a gym, TV didn’t work. Only request on booking was for 2 single beds, upon arrival allocated room had 1 Queen, so was swapped for smaller room with 2 beds which was disappointing but allowed slightly earlier check in. Breakfast was limited for choice of food.」

「Staff absolutely kind - they changed me the room in order to checkin before the available time. Room and bathroom very clean. Room free space a little bit small for 2 people - you do not have enough space to leave your baggage (if the big one). Wifi very good - I worked from there and no problems about videocall. You cannot see the sea but it is 2 minutes walking from the main beach. You can also find a lot of places where to drink and eat what you want.」

「The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times.」
