"We stayed a night before a cruise and had requested a quiet room…. Which we did not get. All the noise from the lobby was heard in our room. The breakfast room was a wreck, they were so disorganised, no cutlery on our table, no cups at the coffee machine, they had run out of stuff and no staff as they were all running around. We waited for salt and pepper for our eggs which never came. The vicinity to walk to your ship port was great and the room was big and clean but the whole experience was...
"Friendly staff and clean, gym was useless two dumbell’s and an exercise bike don’t really justify calling it a gym, TV didn’t work.
Only request on booking was for 2 single beds, upon arrival allocated room had 1 Queen, so was swapped for smaller room with 2 beds which was disappointing but allowed slightly earlier check in.
Breakfast was limited for choice of food."
