"We stayed a night before a cruise and had requested a quiet room…. Which we did not get. All the noise from the lobby was heard in our room. The breakfast room was a wreck, they were so disorganised, no cutlery on our table, no cups at the coffee machine, they had run out of stuff and no staff as they were all running around.
