"My favourite hotel in Las Palmas. The rooms are quiet and cool. Breakfast was with a plentiful selection. In the evening the restaraunt was with excellent flavours and service."

"I was exhausted and wanted to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. The receptionist who spoke perfect english offered for me to leave my bags until check in which received much of my burden. The room was perfect - the view the balcony the quiet and I requested a coffee maker and it was brought right away. The staff were exceptionally kind and took extra care when I was in need. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Comfortable and conveniently located within a few minutes walk of shopping centre, large supermarket and clothes shopping avenue. Good bus connections to airport and other areas in Gran Canaria. Decent pool and buffet breakfast. Free airport hotel shuttle not available on Sundays and Mondays. Still, one of my favourite hotels on the island."

"Vi bokade hotellet utan att kolla upp något speciellt. Vi är otroligt nöjda med upplevelsen. Stora fina rum, god mat och jättetrevlig personal! Vi bodde i ett rum åt norr som var lite mer åt skuggiga hållet. Så glada för det i värmeböljan. Toppen med välutrustat kök med vattenkokare, brödrost, två plattor och liten kyl. Vi var där för sol och bad och testade inga sporter förutom lite vattengympa. Den var toppen! Bra stämning på hotellet!"

"The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times."
