「Hotel is very clean, the pool area was cleaned/mopped every morning. No sun-bed wars at all. 20 minute from the centre/ Mogán mall, we walked up and down every night. All staff very lovely and welcoming. Happy hour between 12-1300 with good selection of drinks. Only thing I would is that we were told breakfast is from 8am but it was 9/9:30am- could be abit more of an option £8 for either ‘American breakfast’ which wasn’t a big portion at all or continental to choose between pastry’s/fruit etc...

「I stayed at this hotel for my vacation, and it happened to be raining heavily. We had very large pieces of luggage, but the elevator wasn't working. Even though there were many staff members around, nobody offered to help us, even after we explicitly asked. We had to carry our heavy bags up ourselves, step by step, and I actually slipped and fell. Throughout our entire 5-day stay, the elevator broken every single day. We had to manage everything completely on our own; the staff simply didn't...
